Explore the Tsugaru-han Neputa Village in the western part of Aomori Prefecture, with Hirosaki City and Aomori City as its main urban centers. Experience the region's three major summer festivals: Aomori’s "Nebuta Festival," Sendai’s "Tanabata Festival," and Akita’s "Kanto Festival."
Discover Tsugaru-han Neputa Village, a tourist attraction that recreates the Hirosaki Nebuta Festival, featuring fan-shaped lanterns based on legendary gods, Buddhas, heroes, and historical stories like the Romance of the Three Kingdoms and Water Margin.
