- Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- Passengers that fail to arrive before the meeting time will be classed as no-show without any refund
- Travelers are strictly not allowed to bring their own alcohol, food, or illicit drugs on board

- The minimum dress code for the New Year's Cruise is semi-formal or smart casual
- Due to heavy crowds on New Year’s Eve, bringing a printed copy of your ticket is recommended to ensure smooth access and avoid missing the departure
- Kindly be reminded the exact location of the vessel cannot be guaranteed due to the heavy traffic and congestion on the harbour or due to any prevailing wind conditions
- The cruise operator reserves the right to allocate the booking to the relevant vessel and to substitute the vessel without notice
- Please note that bookings with an odd number of travelers may be seated with other guests
