Must Know
- Only adults aged 20 and above are allowed to enter the store. If necessary, staff may ask you to show identification to verify your age.
- Please dress appropriately and avoid overly casual attire (such as slippers, sandals, tank tops, shorts, camisoles, miniskirts, etc.). Please note that French and Western cuisine have extremely strict dress requirements. Male guests must wear a collared shirt or jacket on their upper body and long trousers (jeans are not allowed) and socks on their lower body.
- Please arrive at the business on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the reservation may be cancelled and no refund will be given. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the business may refuse you entry to wait.
- If a guest fails to provide accurate reservation information (including but not limited to discrepancies between the number of guests and the actual number of guests, failure to provide the number and age of minors), or fails to comply with Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to making loud noises, engaging in horseplay, smoking, drinking alcohol, live streaming online, or engaging in other activities that may affect the dining experience of others), the guest shall bear all losses and consequences arising therefrom.
