Ticket Delivery

Reservation Confirmation Your reservation is confirmed only after payment (bank transfer or card payment) is completed. Unpaid reservations may be automatically canceled. Changes & Cancellations 3 days or more before the appointment date: One free change or cancellation is allowed. From 2 days before to 1 day before the appointment: A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Same-day cancellation / No-show: No refund will be provided. Late Arrival Policy More than 10 minutes late: The session time may be shortened. More than 20 minutes late: The appointment will be canceled with no refund. Participant Information For 1:1 / 1:2 sessions, accompanying participants must be informed in advance. Additional participants not notified in advance may be refused entry. Additional Notes Photography or audio recording during the consultation requires prior consent. If rescheduling is needed due to personal reasons, one free reschedule is allowed. If you have any allergies or skin conditions, please inform us at the time of booking.
