Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please note that if you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.

Health Conditions: Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or other medical complications are advised to consult a doctor before booking any spa treatments. Please notify us of any health concerns or if you are pregnant at the time of booking. Age Requirement: The minimum age for spa treatments is 5 years old. Children aged 5–17 must be accompanied by an adult. Late Arrival: To ensure the best experience for all guests, your treatment will end at the scheduled time if you arrive late. No refunds will be provided for shortened treatment time. Right to Refuse Service: The spa reserves the right to refuse service to guests who are under the influence of alcohol or demonstrate inappropriate behavior toward staff. Valuables: While we provide lockers or safe spaces for your belongings, the spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal valuables. We recommend leaving expensive jewelry and items at your hotel. Modification of Booking: Any changes to the booking date or time must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to room and therapist availability.
