Experience Process

• Check-in: Please present your KKday QR code for registration.
• Communicate your needs: Confirm the shooting style and desired locations with the photographer.
• Begin shooting: Head to classic locations such as Kaminarimon Gate, Senso-ji Temple, and Nakamise-dori for filming.
• Photoshoot complete: Return to the store and confirm the photoshoot content.
• Photo Delivery: Raw photos will be delivered the next day, and retouched photos will be delivered via cloud service within 5 business days.

Please arrive at the store on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will result in shorter shooting time. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered automatic cancellations.

• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available if cancelled more than one day before departure; a 2000 yen cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made on the day of departure.
