  • Passes are non-transferable and intended exclusively for the designated holder. Sharing them with others may invalidate your pass, resulting in the loss of compensation and refunds

Printed Voucher:

  • Access your order confirmation email, click the provided link, and download the e-voucher for printing

Use Go City App:

  1. Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
  2. After installation, tap the “Your personal link” provided on your voucher to claim your pass. Make sure you use the same device on which you downloaded the app.
  3. Once claimed, your pass will be ready to scan.

    Important Notes:
  • If purchasing multiple passes simultaneously, you can enter different emails at step 2 to sync passes to various devices. Keep QR Code numbers distinct to prevent accidental overlap
  • If the "Your personal link" link on the KKday e-voucher is not functional, please consider utilizing alternative redemption methods
