Must Know

• Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time
• Meeting point description: After your purchase, you will receive a digital pass with a unique QR code. Print it out or show it from your mobile device and at your selected attractions. A representative will scan the code on each traveler’s pass, granting you admission.
• Know in advance:It is important that you enter the email of the person who will be redeeming and using the pass at checkout. This information is required to redeem your pass
• The list of attractions can change at any time without notice. Some attractions require a reservation or might be temporarily unavailable. Please check the Go City app for up-to-date information on admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go
• After purchase, you'll receive a digital pass with instructions to access the Go City app and a unique QR code. Show it from your mobile device and at your selected attractions. A representative will scan the code on each traveller’s pass, granting you admission
• Your Explorer Pass is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. Once used at your first attraction, the pass will expire after 30 days and/or once you visited the number of attractions selected at checkout
• Passes are personal and can't be transferred
