What you can expect
Embark on a two-day guided excursion from Paris to uncover the gems of Normandy and Brittany. Accompanied by an accredited guide, journey in a climate-controlled coach and delve into historic cities, coastal vistas, and renowned landmarks.
On the first day, set off bright and early for Rouen. Here, you'll meander through its delightful mediaeval heart, marvelling at sights such as the cathedral, timber-framed dwellings, and the celebrated Gros Horloge. Proceed to Honfleur, a charming port town famed for its vivid houses and artistic legacy, with ample time for lunch. In the afternoon, pay homage at significant World War II locations, including the American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer overlooking Omaha Beach, and potentially Arromanches, where traces of the D-Day landing structures are still evident. The day concludes in Caen with dinner and an overnight stay at a local hotel.
On the second day, post breakfast, make your way to Saint-Malo for a guided tour of this ancient walled city, taking in its cathedral and fortifications, followed by leisure time for lunch. Your adventure continues to Mont Saint-Michel, a mesmerising mediaeval island topped by an abbey. Your Abbey entrance ticket is included, allowing you to explore this iconic monument at your own pace. Navigate its narrow lanes, ascend to the abbey, and soak up awe-inspiring views over the bay. After exploring, head back to Paris in the evening.

- Extra fees to be paid on-site:For any booking that requires a single room (triple room unavailable), a supplement of 36€ will have to be paid to the local operator prior to tour departure. For a booking of 1 person, you will be automatically assigned a single room, so you will have to pay 36€ extra. For a booking of 2 people you will be in a double room; if you want to be in two separate rooms, you will need to book the tour separately and pay the single room extra for each person. For a booking of 3 people, you will be in a double room and a single room. In that case, you will have to pay the extra 36€. Triple rooms are unavailable
- Know in advance:Your tour price includes: accommodation in 4-star hotel (double room accommodation with bathroom); pick-up from your place of residence (according to the option chosen); buffet breakfast and evening meal in the hotel; entrance tickets for the various monument and museum visits; services of a tour guide; transport to and from Paris by air-conditioned coach
- On the 1st Sunday of each month from November to March, during Heritage Days (3rd weekend of September), December 25, January 1 and May 1, admission to the Abbey of Mont Saint-Michel is not included in this excursion
- The itinerary may be adjusted depending on traffic, visitor volume and other external factors
