- Know in advance:Categories 1 and 2 of the concert tickets refer to the concert seats: Category 1 tickets are for numbered seats in the central section (rows 1-10), seats will be assigned after booking; Category 2 tickets are for the unnumbered seats behind and on the side of Category I seats, free seating
- Change your voucher at the box office at Mirabel Palace. The box office opens on concert days at Mirabell Palace one hour before the start of the event. Admission to the Marble Hall is half an hour before the start
