What you can expect

Must Know
- Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time
- Meeting point description: In front of the Tourist Information Office. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for checking. The tour starts punctually. Late arrivals will be unable to join the tour and will be considered as no-show. The local operator staff is wearing a pink T-shirt and a pink signal(Plaza del Triunfo, 1, Sevilla, Spain)
- The entrance ticket of Alcázar is nominative. Each ticket belongs to one person identified with an ID card or passport. It is mandatory to bring the original document for all the participants on the day of the tour.
- All participants need to make a reservation, including infants
- The local operator is not responsible for any inconveniences that monuments decisions may cause, such as changes in opening/closing times, restriction of any area for security, restoring, or any other reason
- Please note: Attraction tickets are non-refundable (15 euros); Alcazar does not allow changes or cancellations
