- Ticket and seats allocation will be available to collect under your booking name at the Main Box office inside the Sydney Opera House on Level 1 an hour prior to the performance start time, please bring and present a photo ID to collect tickets
- Guests are recommended to arrive early to avoid rushing. Ushers will close the doors at show time and may not allow latecomers in until there is a suitable pause during the performance
- The venue doors will be open 45 minutes pre-show for Joan Sutherland Theatre performances
- Guests are recommended to wear warm and waterproof clothing. Please note that although umbrellas can be brought to the venue, these cannot be used during the performance out of consideration for other spectators
- This event is an all-weather experience and will continue even in doubtful or unfavorable weather conditions. Please come as prepared as possible so that you can enjoy the performance regardless of the weather
- Please don't bring any outside food or beverages. Only food and beverages purchased on site can be consumed within the venue
