Take a leisurely stroll through the striking desert landscapes that encircle this oasis, all the way until you catch sight of the sea. Your only task is to mount the specially adapted saddle, allow these ancient creatures to lead the way, and simply relish the journey.

These animals have been meticulously cared for over 30 years, with an unwavering emphasis on health and wellbeing. They thrive on a diet of free-range pastures, under the dedicated care of their devoted keepers.

Before your adventure concludes, you'll become well-acquainted with your companion during an informative workshop. Here, you'll gain insight into the significance of their conservation and welfare.

Must Know

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time
  • Meeting point description: It is recommended that you arrive at the centre at least one hour before the selected time for the experience. Be at "fuchidero” (the beginning of the route) 15 minutes before the start of the experience.(Carr. Gral. JandĂ­a, s/n, La Lajita, Las Palmas, Spain)
  • Accessibility:This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, and people over 120kg
  • Know in advance:The time indicated on your ticket is the experience time. It is recommended that you arrive at the centre at least one hour before the selected time for the experience
  • The encounter with camels lasts 25 minutes
  • Please note that there are no toilets available at the departure point or during the journey
  • This experience is open to children from 18 months of age. Children cannot sit on their parents’ lap, they have a special space for them
  • Minors (<18), must be accompanied by a person of majority age (18+) with their own experience ticket
  • Remember to bring:Comfortable clothes and keep your eyes open to enjoy the scenery
