Your tour begins with a leisurely stroll through urban vineyards, nestled between the city of Catania and Mount Etna. This exceptional urban trekking experience allows you to discover rare dry-stone buildings, an urban forest and an olive grove. To make it even more exciting for younger explorers, the guide provides treasure maps.

Next, you'll journey into the heart of Sicilian wine culture with a visit to an 18th-century palmento. One of the largest and best-preserved in the area, this traditional winery still showcases its original chestnut-wood barrels and a grape-pressing machine dating back to 1790 — a true rarity. Here, you'll also gain insight into the family's history by reading stories from their ancestors' diaries.

Finally, you'll embark on a tasting journey across the contemporary Etna culinary landscape. Sample wines from 4 different wineries around the volcano, each expertly paired with fine-dining tapas crafted by an in-house chef. A specially prepared main course will complete your culinary experience. After dinner, you can watch the sunset from the gardens, providing a relaxing end to your day.
