Your Experience
Experience a 3.5-hour immersive cultural feast in Osaka, blending strength and beauty! This event perfectly combines traditional Japanese sumo wrestling with the spirit of the samurai. The first half features thrilling matches performed by retired professional sumo wrestlers, and guests are invited to climb the sacred dohyo (sumo taiyaki) and challenge the wrestlers. After enjoying a hearty sumo hot pot or sukiyaki in the middle, the second half features a majestic iaido (traditional Japanese martial arts) performance by valiant samurai, where you can even experience the thrill of slashing tatami mats with your sword. - Due to age, health condition, or safety considerations, the event provider may restrict participation for some individuals. Those who are unwell or intoxicated are not permitted to participate.
- This activity involves light physical activity. Please participate according to your physical condition and comfort level, and follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
- Visitors who are unable to arrive before 17:45 or may be unable to participate should contact us in advance.
- If the number of participants in a sumo experience exceeds the capacity of the dohyo, the participants may be randomly assigned to one-on-one matches.
- Wheelchair users are welcome to participate. Please contact us in advance to reserve a front-row seat.
- Entry is permitted after the designated time, but no refunds will be given. No refunds will also be given for same-day cancellations.
