What you can expect

Visit the 48-metre aquarium tunnel on the ground level and immerse yourself in the underwater zoo on level 2, where you can explore three ecological zones: Rainforest, Rocky Shore, and Living Ocean.

At the Underwater Zoo, get to see various creatures like otters, piranha, lionfish, giant spider crabs, seahorses, and many more amazing aquatic animals in 40 individual aquatic displays.

Admire a penguin cove habitat and see a colony of gentoo penguins while learning about their fascinating natural behaviours. Next, get a guided behind-the-scenes tour of the place to learn about the life of these marine animals.

  • You can also hop on a glass boat tour and try a fish-feeding experience to complete your whole adventure.
  • You'll receive a food and beverage voucher at the Aquarium Café (20 AED) and a voucher for the Aquarium Store (20 AED).

  • Know in advance:Infants (age 0-1) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge. Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (age 15+)
  • To redeem your 20 AED Retail Voucher, minimum spend is 40 AED per voucher. Valid only in official DAUZ store on the same day of the visit
  • Opening hours: weekdays from 10.00am to 11.00pm – last admission 10.15pm; weekends: from 10.00am to midnight – last admission 11.15pm
  • The glass-bottom boat ride lasts approximately 15–20 minutes. Please book your boat ride in advance at the entrance of the glass bottom boat ride area on level 2 at Underwater Zoo
  • Please note that the fish feeding activity and the Penguin Cove and Nursery are subject to availability
