Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time. Latecomers will be unable to join the tour and no refunds will be provided.(Piazza Esedra, Pompei, Metropolitan City of Naples, Italy)
  • Accessibility:The tour is not suitable for guests with wheelchairs, impaired mobility or heart problems
  • Not allowed:It's not allowed to wear flip-flops
  • No backpack, big bags (max 30X30X15) and intrusive objects are allowed and must be deposited in the clockroom
  • It's not allowed to bring professional optical and audio equipment (cameras, microphones, audio mixers, etc.)
  • It's not allowed to introduce unauthorised means of transportation, even electric ones, bicycles, scooters and any other means of transportation
  • It's not allowed to use drone RPA
  • Know in advance:It's highly recommended to wear good walking shoes
  • Please note that, even with the skip-the-line entrance, there is still a compulsory security check which may cause some delays in entering the archaeological site
  • A dress code is required to enter the Pompeii Archaeological Park. No disruptive clothing or shirtless is allowed. Your entry will be refused if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
  • Remember to bring:Please bring an ID card or a valid passport
  • Hat and sunscreen
