  • Meeting point description: Collect your tickets from your host at Exhibition Road, directly across the street from "Geological Survey & Museum" entrance, under the large white arch labeled "Victoria & Albert".   • Know in advance:Please note, the Natural History Museum is free to enter. Your purchase includes reserved entry, a host at the meeting point, a digital audio guide, a digital map and a donation to the museum. Special exhibition tickets can be purchased separately
  • Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide before arrival
  • Please note, sharp objects such as scissors and knives are strictly prohibited
  • A cloakroom is available to store coats (£3), umbrellas (£2), fold-up prams and fold-up bikes (£4). It is not recommended to store large bags and suitcases (£4-£5) as limited space is available
  • The audio guide is available in: English, Italian, French, Spanish and German
