Must Know

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time
  • Meeting point description: Check-in with the staff at the shop opposite the Church of San Zaccaria. Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the tour starting time.(Campo San Zaccaria, 4683g, Venice, Metropolitan City of Venice, Italy)
  • Know in advance:If you choose the Economic Seat, you will be assigned a random seat, and a spot next to your partner or family may not be guaranteed. You can also be seated in a different gondola. Selecting a Standard Seat ensures you remain alongside your partner
  • Each gondola can carry up to 5 people; the gondola might be shared with other guests
  • The audio-guided introduction is offered in English, Spanish, Italian and French
  • There will be no commentary during the gondola ride
  • The gondola ride takes place in all weather conditions, but in case of heavy rain, it may be cancelled. In this case, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
  • In case of high tide (acqua alta) gondolas might not be able to complete the itinerary that passes underneath the Bridge of Sighs, and an alternative route will be provided
  • No refunds are given for late arrivals or no-shows
