- Know in advance: Photos and videos are encouraged without flash
- The museum opening hours are the following: Monday-Wednesday: 10am–7pm with last entry 5:45pm; Thursday - Sunday: 10am–10pm with last entry at 8:45pm
- Effective August 30, 2026, Mercer Labs' operating hours will be 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Sun-Thu) and 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Fri-Sat)
- You can enter the museum at any time you want on the day of your booking
- Please be aware that the museum or some sections may be temporarily closed for maintenance, private events or festivities
- Remember to bring:It's recommended you wear comfortable shoes
