- City Pulse, a ring of monitors with gesture recognition technology for close-up views and personalized recommendations

- If traveling with a child 5 and under, please visit the guest services desk to collect a free ticket for your child. Everyone is required to have a ticket to visit the observation deck
- Skip-the-line ticket includes priority lane access for security, elevator and also exit with your timed arrival
