Experience Aswan's highlights and taste an authentic Nubian lunch. Meet your pick-up at your hotel or your Nile cruise ship, and travel to Aswan High Dam.

The Dam was build between 1960 and 1970 to protect Egypt from the Nile annual floods, and formed Lake Nasser, the world’s largest artificial lake. Continue to the Unfinished Obelisk, a testimony that shows how ancient Egyptians used to cut these vast pieces of obelisks from granite quarries. A traditional motorboat will then take you to Philae Temple, built in honor of Goddess Isis; the romantic and majestic aura surrounding the temple complex on the Island of Philae has been luring pilgrims for thousands of years.

The next stop will be a Nubian Village, with its coloured houses, spices shops, and cafes overlooking the Nile, here you will taste an authentic lunch.

Know in advance: You can choose between private and shared ticket options. The minimum number of people for the shared tour to take place is 2. Infant under 5 years are free but they have to sit on their parent's lap in case there are no seats available. Children under 12 years old can participate only with a parent or guardian. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes with long trousers.
Remember to bring: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, scarf, camera, and water as well as money for tipping.
