Next, the journey continues towards Lambayeque to explore the Royal Tombs Museum. This establishment was necessitated by the discovery of the Lord of Sipan, whose elaborate burial and apparent semi-divine status highlighted his significance. After meticulous rescue, investigation and restoration of all registered artefacts, the museum was constructed, making it a one-of-a-kind destination in South America.

Following a meal at a local restaurant, either El Cantaro or El Pacifico, the tour proceeds to the Huaca Rajada Archaeological Complex. This site is renowned for its massive mud pyramids that date back centuries. The complex gained prominence in 1987 when illegal excavations were discovered.
