  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time
  • Meeting point description: Please proceed directly to Bird Paradise at Mandai Wildlife Reserve for admission. For coach arrivals, please avoid using Coach Bays 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East (Singapore Zoo/Night Safari side), as these are reserved for Mandai City Express and Mandai Khatib Shuttle services. Please use the other designated coach bays for drop-off and parking.(Mandai Lake Road, Bird Paradise, Singapore)
  • Know in advance:Ticket is valid for the selected visit date and one entry only
  • Ticket tiers: Adult (ages 13 and above), Child (ages 3-12), Senior (ages 60 and above), and Infant (below 3 years old, free of charge subject to verification)
  • This ticket is valid for tourists only
  • Entry to Bird Paradise requires advance reservation of your visit date and timeslot via the official website. Available hourly from 9:00am to 4:00pm
  • A SGD 5 surcharge applies to all taxis departing Mandai Wildlife Reserve between 1:00pm and 11:59pm daily
  • Admission is subject to the park's prevailing terms and conditions
  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-cancellable, and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Admission is at the visitor's own risk
  • Commercial photography and filming are not permitted without authorization. The park may photograph or record visitors without prior notice or compensation
  • No claims will be accepted for lost, torn, defaced, or expired vouchers
