  • Mexicans have a discount on the archaeological sites' tax upon the presentation of their ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without the official identification
  • For safety reasons, you must wear a life vest during the visit to the cenote
  • The order of the activities might change due to operational reasons
  • If pick-up is included within your selected option, it is necessary to provide the full name and address of your hotel to arrange the pick-up service accordingly
  • For safety reasons, all infants are required to travel in an approved child restraint system while on the bus. The local supplier does not provide child safety seats, so customers must bring their own. As the child restraint system occupies a seat, a fee will be charged to reserve and guarantee a seat on the bus
