What you can expect

  • Experience the actual training of sumo wrestlers in a real sumo stable.

Only 10 minutes from Yokohama Station, 20 minutes from Tokyo Station, and 30 minutes from Shinjuku Station, you'll meet your guide who will explain the history and traditions of sumo with many tips for enjoying sumo matches, so that you'll gain unique insights about this special sport. Then, you'll have a Sumo match with a rikishi (only if you want)! Women and children can also participate in that!

  • After that, you'll make chicken dumplings for chanko-nabe, a dish that builds the body of a sumo wrestler, and eat them together!

It's 10 minutes from Yokohama Station, 20 minutes from Tokyo Station, 30 minutes from Shinjuku Station.(1 Chome-2 Kashimada, Saiwai Ward, Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan)
  • Not suitable for:The itinerary for this tour includes some locations that are not accessible by a wheelchair or stroller
  • Know in advance:Please note that the local operator is unable to guarantee allergy-free or cater to dietary restrictions as the food is prepared in kitchens that do not belong to them.
