Your Experience
- Japanese Umbrella-Wagasa
Traditional Japanese umbrellas made entirely from natural materials like bamboo, Japanese paper (washi), and wood. They are celebrated for their structural beauty, durability, and deep connection to Japanese culture.
- Premium Experience Wagasa Making (120 mins)
Experience crafting your very own wagasa through the same process used by artisans. You’ll choose your favorite washi paper and try your hand at applying it to the umbrella frame.
- After the workshop, artisans will complete the drying, lacquering, and finishing process over the course of one to two months.
- ※Once your umbrella is finished, it will be shipped to your specified address in Japan or overseas.
For international shipping, we use EMS, and delivery usually takes about one week. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region, and additional fees may apply.
