Good to know

• The card is valid for a period of 24, 48, or 72 consecutive hours from the moment of first activation.
• The Lisboa Card is personal and non-transferable.
• The voucher must be exchanged for the physical card at an Ask Me Lisboa desk.
• Card collection is available up to 30 minutes before the Ask Me Lisboa desk closing time.
• Many museums and monuments are closed on Mondays.
• National museums and monuments are closed on national holidays, 25 December, and 1 January.
• Some partner venues may be temporarily closed for restoration works or subject to restrictions and limitations.
