- The zoo is open daily throughout the year, with seasonal opening hours.
- All animal houses, including the aquarium, close 30 minutes before the zoo closes.
- Feeding sessions and shows may be postponed or cancelled depending on weather or animal conditions.
- Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time.
- Dogs are not allowed in the zoo for safety and health reasons.
