- 日本人の書道マスターが、日本の書道の歴史と文化を解説。そして学生たちと同じように大きな文字を和紙に書いて練習します。お茶と和菓子で休憩後、かつて実際に使われていた大きさの文字を書く練習をします。書道は日本人の精神世界を表す習い事です。書を通じて「禅」の心に通じる没入感を体験することができます。
