Tickets remain valid before the expiration date and are non-refundable and non-cancellable. In the event of venue closure due to force majeure, the ticket validity period may be extended accordingly.

Child Definition: Refers to minors aged 18 months or older to under 18 years old. All minors must purchase a ticket to enter and must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
To ensure child safety, guardians cannot leave the premises mid-session. If a change of guardian is required due to special circumstances, please be sure to inform and confirm with the front desk staff.
Toddler Discount: Adults who have purchased a ticket may bring one toddler under 18 months old into the park for free, provided that the parent presents valid identification.
- Tickets are for single entry only. Re-entry requires the purchase of a new ticket.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, both parents and children must wear non-slip socks throughout their stay in the park.
- You may bring your own qualified non-slip socks, or purchase them at the front desk (CNY 15/pair).
Please keep your personal belongings safe. Suitcases (excluding valuables) and strollers can be stored for free on the first floor; paid lockers are available on the second floor for luggage storage.
- Main meals are not allowed in the park. Please consume baby food, drinks, and snacks in the non-play areas.
