- One ticket per person; admission is strictly by ticket.
Audience members under 19 years old are not permitted to enter, regardless of whether they hold a ticket or are accompanied by a guardian. Please carry a valid ID for age verification.
Late Admission: Approximately 10 minutes after the event starts, late entry may be permitted according to staff instructions. Actual arrangements on-site shall prevail.

- A maximum of 8 tickets can be purchased per date and per contact mobile number.
Users must strictly adhere to the age/height/pregnancy restrictions displayed on the product page. If entry is denied due to failure to meet these requirements, all related responsibilities and losses shall be borne by the user. Generally, no wheelchair seating is available for sale.
Once this product is successfully booked, information changes are not supported. Please ensure that the information provided at the time of order is accurate.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the transaction amount. This product is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
If a minor purchases a ticket without the consent of a necessary guardian, or is unable to enter due to not meeting the age requirements, the resulting liability shall be borne by the purchaser and/or their guardian.
Please do not forward order information through any means. If the attendee chooses to provide a screenshot to others, it may leak the attendee's proof of purchase or be misused by others. Please keep and manage it carefully; otherwise, the attendee shall bear the corresponding risks and consequences, and KKday will not be held liable.
Terms for entering the venue are as follows (for reference only)
a. To protect the rights of attendees, please do not purchase tickets from others, as you may be denied entry, and the organizer reserves the right to cancel such credentials. The organizer, operator, and official ticket office are not responsible for any issues arising from failure to comply with announcements regarding proxy purchases, transfers, third-party purchases, or direct transactions between individuals, under any circumstances.
- b. Personal belongings will be checked upon entry. Prohibited items will not be stored on-site.
c. If a spectator carries prohibited items, such as: slogans, flags and flagpoles (including any telescopic flags and flagpoles), placards (including but not limited to hand banners, banners, streamers, etc.), light boards, cold fireworks, laser pointers, lighters, fragile glass products, balloons, alcohol, noise sources, food and beverages, controlled knives, syringes, toy guns, flammable and explosive materials, megaphones, etc., they will be handled by staff upon discovery during security checks.
If the event is postponed or canceled due to force majeure or other circumstances, KKday will process the order according to the official plan provided by the organizer. Please follow relevant official channels for details. Other expenses incurred due to attending the event must be borne by you (including but not limited to transportation costs to the destination, etc.). Specific refund and change arrangements for the event tickets and related resources (such as hotels, attractions, etc.) will depend on the official plan and refund/change policy of the event organizer and/or relevant service providers. KKday will assist you in handling the matter according to the aforementioned plan within a reasonable scope, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, will not assume any additional compensation or liability beyond such plans.

- Seats for this event are assigned randomly by the organizer; self-selection is not supported. All seats are reserved; please enter according to the seat number on your ticket. Seats cannot be changed after issuance. Seats within the same order will be arranged together whenever possible, but adjacent seating cannot be guaranteed for separate orders. Adjacent seating is subject to availability and will be assigned based on the actual situation. Please note that tickets purchased in separate orders will not be recognized as related, and we cannot arrange for them to be seated together.
- Notice regarding limited view: Due to the design of the event program and stage production, performers may not remain in fixed positions, which may result in 'limited view or partial obstruction' in certain areas. To ensure the quality of the event and a positive experience for all attendees, please be advised that by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the risk of potential 'limited view or partial obstruction.' Requests for refunds, ticket exchanges, or compensation based on these reasons will not be accepted.
- All changes will be announced by the organizer/venue. Admission, seating arrangements, and compliance are determined by them. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the details of this event to the extent permitted by law. Please read and comply with all terms and regulations set by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone who disrupts the event.
- KKday assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen, or leaked tickets. Such tickets or redemption codes cannot be reissued, replaced, or refunded. Please keep your tickets, redemption codes, and account information secure.
- KKday or the organizer may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
Cancellation Policy
These tickets can't be rescheduled or cancelled.
