Important Information

Time Slot: 10:00 am. This product includes a one-way transfer from your hotel to the bird park. If you wish to return to your hotel after your visit, you may opt for a local taxi or Grab. Children aged 0-2 can enter free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

This tour is not private and may include other guests. No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, causing spills or squashed food. The SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus). It is recommended that you make preparations if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.

During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

  • Please arrive in the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance 15 min before scheduled departure time.
  • As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
  • For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash
