Must Know
- Validity period: Valid only on the redemption date.
- If the cable car is suspended after you have exchanged your ticket, you will not be able to get a refund, but you can exchange it for filter coffee at the counter.
- Please exchange your ticket at the Ito Station Information Office before using it.
- Redemption period: Please redeem within 90 days from the date of voucher issuance.
- When the wind speed reaches 15m or higher, the Komuroyama cable car may stop operating.
- Instead, "Café•321 Original Drip Coffee: 10g x 3" will be provided at the Komuroyama Rest Area and cable car Station
- At the same time, we will collect the cable car ticket.
- If the cable car stops running after exchanging the voucher (after taking the bus to the cable car station), the cable car ticket will not be refunded
- If the transportation section is suspended due to natural factors such as natural disasters, sales (exchange) may be suspended.
- If the Komuroyama cable car is suspended due to strong winds or other factors, you can cancel your ticket for free and get a full refund before exchanging your ticket

Booking FAQs
Redemption period: Please redeem the admission voucher within 90 days from the date of issue.
※Sales (redemption) may be suspended if transportation services are interrupted due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
※When wind speeds reach 15m or higher, the Komuroyama cable car may suspend operations.
※If the Komuroyama cable car is suspended due to strong winds or other factors, tickets can be canceled for free with a full refund before redemption. If the cable car is suspended after ticket redemption, refunds will not be available, but you may exchange your ticket for drip coffee at the counter.
Valid only on the day of redemption.
If the cable car stops operating after the admission voucher has been redeemed (after arriving at the cable car station by bus), the cable car ticket fee will not be refunded. Instead, "Café•321 Original Drip Coffee: 10g x3" will be provided at the Komuroyama Rest Station/Cable Car Station as a replacement. The cable car ticket will also be collected.
Before using the ticket, please exchange it at the Information Center of Ito Station.
