The KORAIL Pass, also known as the KTX Pass, offers unlimited rides on both Korea's renowned high-speed KTX and regular tourist trains managed by KORAIL. This pass is exclusively available to foreign travelers, providing a smooth way to explore South Korea while significantly cutting down travel time between Busan and Seoul to just 2.5 hours.

Flexible options for your convenience

Select from various KORAIL passes tailored to fit different travel plans. The pass comes in either a 3 or 5-day consecutive option, usable over three or five straight days by groups of up to five adults. Alternatively, the flexible version allows usage on any two or four days within a span of ten days and includes access to high-speed trains, conventional lines, and scenic routes.

How to redeem your tickets

  • If you do not reserve your seating reservation inĀ advance,Ā please make the reservation at the Travel CentreĀ (not the ticket booth) of KTX Station by presenting the KR PASS and passport on the day of the reservation.Ā

This pass is not valid for Korean citizens. The Select Pass allows you to choose 2 or 4 days from the first date of commencement and ride KTX within 10 days. The Consecutive Pass allows you to unlimitedly board on the KTX for either 3 or 5 days from the date of commencement. Click here to view the time table and reservation status. Choose the desired seat here using the 16-digit reservation number. Seat reservations will be available 30 days before the desired date. Reservations are not available during the public holiday and summer peak season. If you cannot reserve a seat, you are allowed to use KORAIL PASS as a standing or free seat.
