Booking FAQs

Please bring a valid photo ID for check-in. Closed-toe or closed-heel shoes are required, and we recommend wearing long pants for comfort.

Loose or unsafe footwear, such as sandals or flip-flops, is not permitted. Guests who do not meet the age, height, or weight requirements will not be able to participate.

All riders must be at least 10 years old to join the tour. The tour also has certain height & weight requirements. Participants need to be at least 4’6” tall and weigh no more than 230 pounds (104 kg). Guests with back problems or expecting mothers are not advised to join this tour for safety reasons.

Important: Please arrive 45 minutes before your tour time to complete check-in and safety requirements; missing your slot will not result in a refund. A liability waiver must be signed by all guests to participate in the experience. Helmets will be provided and are required for all riders. Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. The two-hour tour includes training and a safety briefing.
