Choose comfortable clothing and sturdy walking shoes suitable for outdoor exploration. Pack sun protection, including a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during the tour. Keep a valid photo ID with you in case it’s required at check-in.

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises. Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed on the tour. Smoking is not permitted at any point during the experience.

The experience includes walking through gardens and boarding a trolley; guests with mobility concerns are encouraged to contact Kualoa Ranch in advance to discuss possible accommodations. All guests aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Child rates apply only to ages 3–12. Trolley seating is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The tour operates rain or shine, so please check the forecast and dress appropriately. Guests are asked to arrive at the Visitor Center at least 45 minutes before the scheduled tour time to complete check-in.
