Booking FAQs

A government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for safety. Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and bring sunglasses. Pack a spare set of clothes in case of rain.

Expectant mothers are advised not to participate. Guests with neck, back, or recurring injuries should not join this tour. Driving is not permitted without a valid driver’s license.

Riders must be at least 5 years old, and drivers must be at least 21 years old. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times. This is a bumpy off-road experience and may not be suitable for everyone.

Check in 45 mins before the scheduled tour at the Ticket Office. Guests who do not meet requirements at check-in will not be allowed to continue. Tours run in all weather conditions. A signed liability waiver is required before departure. Training and a safety briefing are included in the 2-hour tour duration. Drivers are liable for damages if vehicles are misused or handled recklessly.
