• Travelers may rent a wheelchair or stroller on-site for free (reservation not acceptable)
• Pets (excluding service animals) are not permitted admission
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises; travelers may only eat and drink in the Observation Lobby (vending machines are available)
• If you wish to re-enter the aquarium after leaving, please have your hand stamped at the exit by the on-site staff
• Travelers may take photos and record videos, but the use of flash is prohibited
• In the event of aquarium closure due to adverse weather, full refunds will be issued (excluding transportation fees and travel expenses)
