Must Know
- Your driver will wait for up to 30 minutes at your designated location without any additional charge. However, if this time is exceeded, an overtime service fee of JPY 5,000 per hour applies and must be paid on site.
- The standard luggage size allowed is 36cm x 25cm x 53cm; larger items are considered as two pieces. The number of bags permitted varies by vehicle type.
- If your journey exceeds 10 hours or occurs between 8pm and 10pm, an additional fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will be charged (any duration less than one hour is rounded up to a full hour).
