Your Experience
- On the day of use, please present your Trip.com booking to redeem the service at the scheduled photography time.
- After confirming your booking, Snapro will contact you to discuss your photography request. On the day of the shoot, you and the photographer will meet at the designated time and location. The service duration will be calculated from the confirmed shooting time in your order.

- If the weather is unsuitable for shooting, please fill out the "Reschedule Request Form (link)" at least 4 days prior to your original date
- If guests require makeup, hairstyling, or wardrobe services, please contact us for assistance after confirming the order or arrange them separately.
- You may request extra hours based on the photographer's availability that day, then purchase the additional time through the platform.
- We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot
- While we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could book in advance.
