- Bookings must be made by 11:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip.
- A member of staff will contact you by 9:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip.
- Please provide your full name/Passport/QR code, barcode, voucher, or e-ticket at the designated meeting point on the day of your trip.

Must Know
- Takachiho Gorge requires a round-trip Round-trip of about 30 minutes, so it is not recommended for people with limited mobility.
- The attraction will be changed.
- During the trip on red days and weekends, you may encounter traffic jams and the itinerary will be changed appropriately.
- In case of special weather conditions, we will decide whether to cancel the trip 1 day before departure
- No refunds can be made due to traffic jams
- The day tour itinerary does not include personal travel and accident Insurance
- Please purchase these if required.
- If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance for reservations (charges apply).
- Traffic is congested during the Yulan Festival from August 10 to 17

- All pets, non-foldable bicycles, scooters, or strollers, other prohibited items as per departure and destination country regulations, Baby strollers
- For regular tours, infants under 3 years old require a signed liability waiver to join and travel free of charge without a seat (must be held by parents).
- Please be careful when purchasing.
- Please do not eat or drink in the car
- Please note that the Amaterasu Railway will not be in operation on the third Thursday of each month and on certain holidays
- If you cause stains in the car, you will need to pay for it.
- The actual vehicle for the day may be adjusted based on the number of participants, with a driver-guide provided for smaller groups.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged. A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.
