Meeting point: Dock No. 2, Paseo Espigón Las Galletas 1, 38631 Arona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain (unless you have booked the transfer option). Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure for check-in and the safety briefing. If you book hotel pickup, the pickup time is usually around 30 minutes before the start of the trip; exact time will be confirmed after booking. The transfer vehicle may display the operator name such as “Tonina Cruises”. Total cruise duration is typically 3–3.5 hours, depending on conditions. Commentary is generally available in English, Spanish, and French. The tour may be canceled or rescheduled due to bad weather or rough sea conditions; if this happens, guests are usually offered an alternative date or refund according to the operator’s policy. Wildlife sightings are very common but cannot be guaranteed, as whales and dolphins move freely in the ocean. If you are prone to seasickness, consider taking motion sickness medication before boarding and avoid heavy meals right before the trip. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and parents/guardians are responsible for supervising them at all times on deck.

Sunglasses and a sun hat. Sunscreen (the sun reflects strongly off the water.) Swimwear if you plan to swim or snorkel. Towel for drying off after the swim stop. A light jacket or windbreaker, it can feel cooler on the water even on sunny days. Comfortable clothes and non-slip footwear suitable for a boat.
