Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted on this tour. Alcohol, drugs, and anyone under the influence of these substances are strictly prohibited and will be refused entry. Due to tour restrictions, your pets cannot tag along.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to climb a 2-foot step and navigate a winding staircase to access the vaults. The tour may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties or limited mobility.

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Photography is allowed, but guests may be asked to switch off camera lights if anyone in the group is sensitive to flash. Special late-night tours (11pm and midnight) are available only on select dates in October. There are no toilet facilities available during the tour, and no toilet breaks are scheduled.
