Booking FAQs
<ul><li>Valid wristband is required for all guests who would like to enter/play in Park;</li><li>The remaining game points are non-refundable;</li><li>Game Points cannot be exchanged between wristbands;</li><li>Game Points of wristband are only valid during operation hours in the day of use.</li><li>The wristband cannot be transferred to another person, so the wristband will be invalidated if it is damaged on purpose;</li><li>Please do not scan the QR code to start game by yourself because no deducted points can be returned after the deduction, unless there is the game crash;</li><li>Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who is required to purchase a ticket to enter the venue, regardless of whether the adult is using the game or not;</li><li>Parents are responsible for children between the ages of 12 and 16 who enter the Park without an adult, and the Park will not be responsible for any problems or liabilities arising from the absence of a parent;</li><li>Please noted some games in the park have height restrictions;</li><li>Due to the game's limitations, minimum of two players is required to operate for some games in the park;</li><li>The games in the park will be maintained in non-regular schedule, so tickets will not be refunded due to the individual games maintenance;</li><li>Legend Heroes Park reserves the right to make the final decision on the revision and interpretation of the admission rules</li></ul>
