• Passengers who book the [Round-trip Transfer + Leofoo Village One-Day Ticket] package must take the outbound transfer to qualify for park admission. If you only book a one-way return transfer, you will be deemed to have forfeited both the outbound transfer and park admission, and no refund will be given.
• Passengers who have booked the [Pure Transfer] package must purchase tickets at the Leofoo Village ticket window after the shuttle bus arrives at Leofoo Village.
• Children under 3 years old who wish to ride express trains must purchase a separate child transfer plan to ensure they are covered. Children who do not purchase a transfer plan will not be allowed to board the train. Please note.
• The meeting information will be sent via Traviia order message one day before departure. Please pay attention to the message notification.
• Children under 3 years old or under 100 cm tall, accompanied by an adult, can enter the park free of charge. Children aged 3 years (100 cm) to under 6 years (120 cm) can purchase child tickets on-site. Pregnant women, people with disabilities, and seniors aged 60 and above (with relevant identification) can purchase Boai tickets on-site. (Subject to on-site approval by Leofoo Village)
• In case of force majeure such as traffic jams, traffic control, etc., the duration of stay at each attraction or the order of the itinerary will be adjusted appropriately. Please follow the instructions of the service staff on the bus.
• This tour will be operated by a regular tour bus or a five-seater/nine-seater bus. The bus will be assigned based on the number of people in the group on that day. Please do not place an order if you cannot accept it.
• Children under 4 years old must use a safety seat, which costs $300 to pay in cash to the driver, in accordance with Taiwan's traffic regulations. Please inform the driver in the remarks section.
• Once redeemed, the ticket must be used for entry to the park on the same day. Expired tickets will be invalid. Before entering the park, staff will stamp your arm to allow entry and exit.
• The same order must be used at the same time as the park entry and cannot be split up. If the items in the purchased package have been redeemed, items of equal value will be provided on site for redemption.
