Luggage, large bags, and prams or strollers are not allowed as the tuk-tuks don't have adequate storage. Riding the tuk-tuks intoxicated is prohibited. Any passengers found as such won't be permitted to join the tour. Children under the age of six aren't legally allowed to ride tuk-tuks.

The tuk-tuks aren't designed to cater to visitors requiring wheelchair access. The tours are not suitable for pregnant women.
