This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Passes are valid for 24, 48, or 72 consecutive hours, respectively, and are activated when your journey begins. The bus itinerary can be changed without prior notice. It is possible that the itinerary and audio guide may not be synced at times due to city repairs. The boat tour can be cancelled due to technical reasons, weather conditions, or other.

Children under 6 years old can travel for free. The boat tour has hourly departures from 10:45am to 5:45pm from Ribeira das Naus. The 50-minute panoramic night tour departs at 8pm from stop #2 on Red Line Restoradorea. There will be one tour per evening, and the tour runs from Aug 15 to Oct 31, 2025. The panoramic night tour will be a non-stop bus tour and will not offer hop-on hop-off service. Specific details related to the add-ons in your tickets, like walking tours, will be shared post-booking.
