Sharp objects, large luggage, cameras, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and outside food or beverages are not permitted. Photography is strictly prohibited inside the venue. For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not permitted.

This experience is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair user is admitted per hour. Guests with accessibility needs can book a free carer ticket when purchasing their own ticket. Pregnant guests are welcome, but the Drop Dead ride is not suitable for them.

The recommended minimum age is 12 years; guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The Dungeons reserve the right to modify, close, or remove exhibits, shows, or rides without prior notice due to technical or operational reasons. No refunds or price reductions will be issued in such cases.
