Discover a thousand years of London's dark history at the London Dungeon as you explore 18 interactive sets and two fantastic rides, each with live actors and amazing special effects. Everything is based on real historical events or scary tales from London's past with a mix of theatrical storytelling.

You'll pass through the misty streets of Whitechapel where you might find Jack the Ripper lurking in the shadows or encounter plague-ravaged houses and a terrifying torture chamber. You might even escape the wrath of Henry VIII if you're fast enough. At the end of your tour, enjoy a Victorian beverage at the dungeon haunted tavern!

  • Meeting point description: The London Dungeon is located between Big Ben and the London Eye - within the County Hall Building and right next to the London SEA LIFE Aquarium. Your ticket is only valid for the selected date and time(County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7PB)
  • Please note that attractions may close areas/exhibits at their discretion on the date of your visit
  • The recommended age for The London Dungeon is 8 years and above, however it is up to the discretion of the accompanying adult. Many children enter The London Dungeon and enjoy the experience, but please be aware it does get very dark inside the building and there are lots of loud noises
  • If at any time you need to leave the attraction, simply speak to the actor in the show you are in and they will arrange for someone to help you to the nearest exit as soon as possible
  • No child or children under the age of 16 will be admitted to The London Dungeon unless accompanied and supervised by an adult over 18 years old
  • The Dungeon tour is run in English to cater to the vast majority of visitors. Non-English speakers will still be able to enjoy the sensory nature of the tours but may not experience the attraction in the same way as those proficient in English

Sharp objects, large luggage, cameras, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and outside food or beverages are not permitted. Photography is strictly prohibited inside the venue. For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not allowed.

The experience is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair user is admitted per hour. Guests with accessibility needs can book a free carer ticket alongside their own. Pregnant guests are welcome, but the Drop Dead ride is not suitable.

The London Dungeon is not suitable for children under 5 years. The experience is not recommended for those of a nervous disposition or children under 12; entry for children under 12 is at parental or guardian discretion. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Disabled guests pay standard admission, and carers enter free of charge. The experience is conducted in English only. Note: The Dungeon reserves the right to modify, close, or remove exhibits, shows, or rides without prior notice due to operational or technical reasons. No refunds or price reductions will be issued in such cases.
